Shipping policy

We want to see you in a KALMI bag just as bad as you want one. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We intend to have them out sooner, but things do happen, so we overestimate to stay honest. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times from that point vary based on your shipping address. Feel free to check your tracking link for the most up to date info on your KALMI bag. It’s ok to be fashionably late, but we don’t want your bag to be that way.
