Refund policy

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. You can exchange your KALMI order for the same item if the return is initiated within 14 days of when your order was placed. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the item(s). Please contact us at sales@thekalmibrand.com to initiate your return. We will contact you within 24-48 hours with a return order form. Please complete the return form and also attach pictures of your damaged item(s). Items must be shipped back to KALMI’s return address at the consumer’s expense.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Exchanged items must be returned with original product packaging. This includes the duster bag.
• Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use (at KALMI’s discretion).
